Her rumored extreme wealth was explained by a supposed multi-billion dollar divorce settlement from ex-husband art heir Alec Wildenstein. According to many, many, many reports over the years, from some very credible outlets, when Jocelyn divorced her husband Alec in 1999, she allegedly received a settlement that included a lump sum of as much as $2.5 billion plus $100 million per year in support payments.
